Written agreement :

Analysis and elaboration of the memorandum :
The preparation of a dossier will take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of the necessary data.
Thorough analysis of the company, determination of communication strategy, definition of the target groups and elaboration of all required documents:
- company profile;
- memorandum (complete description);
- appendices (licences, company documents, etc.)
Prospecting :
The candidates are to be selected from different databases and personally addressed by letter, phone, fax, or e-mail. If necessary, other means can be used (advertisements, national and international databases and contacts).
Non disclosure agreement
All interested parties need to sign this agreement before obtaining information of the company.
Company visit
In case of mutual interest to continue investigation, a company visit and first contact with the client can be organised.
Negotiation process
Negotiations will be organized with the most suitable candidate(s).
Letter of Intent
Binding letter stating most of the objectives of both buyer and seller.
Sales Purchase agreement
